CUSTOMIZATION:
The following details can be customized with this watch:
- Pick your strap color: Leather strap is available in black, brown, grey, dusty blue, pink, navy blue, and white; stainless steel is available in silver, rose gold, and black
- Pick your case color: Stainless steel in silver, black, or rose gold
- Pick your dial color: White or black
- Specify your case diameter if a larger than standard size is needed: 36mm (standard) or 41mm (large)
- Customize the dial (watch surface) with an unique illustration or text. Please send us your design request in the “Notes” section at checkout or email us at info[at]praise.store. We can work with text arrangements, your own drawing, or have our professional artist do an illustration for you based on a photograph you send us

2. Made to order
You order, we build. Include your customization ideas in the “Notes” section at checkout, and we will study your request and handcraft your watch accordingly. If your customization requires you to send us a photo or illustration, please email us at info[at]praise.store
3. Delivery
The finished product is then securely packed and shipped to you via our trusted shipping partners.
SIZING:
Getting you the right fit is important to us.
This watch comes in 2 different dial sizes with a diameter of 36mm (standard) or 41mm (large). If you prefer the larger size (41mm), please indicate your choice in the “Notes” section at checkout. The standard size (36mm) will be used if not otherwise specified.
The band length is adjustable; however, if your wrist size is smaller than 17cm, please let us know in the “Notes” section at checkout, we will create a smaller fit for you.

All of our watches are masterfully handcrafted with love. The current production time is 10-15 business days after all customization details are confirmed. Please note that this estimated time does not include the shipping time.

We offer FREE international shipping worldwide.
All items are shipped from Taiwan. International delivery takes approximately 10-14 business days. Tracking number will be provided.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duty fees, and taxes that may be required by your country’s regulations for buying overseas items. We encourage shoppers to check the receiving country’s import regulations to understand any additional customs charges that your package may be subjected to.

Our watches are 3 ATM water resistant for everyday use. They are splash and rain resistant, but please don’t wear them for showering, bathing, and swimming.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY
Every watch comes with a one-year warranty. The product warranty is valid if the product has not been exposed to major physical or chemical stresses, has not been processed, increased or reduced in size, and has no abnormal signs of wear (such as soaked in water or pool). The guarantee is valid only when the invoice is submitted.

CAPUCINNE™ offers exchange on all purchases, excluding items that are custom-made, ooak (one of a kind), personalized, rushed, discounted, and items on payment/financing plans.
All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, please contact us for information on how to ship the item back. We cannot be responsible for an item not returned in the manner described. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. If the item was damaged in anyway, you will be charged for the damages.
We cannot accept returns if:
- The items are custom-made (all wedding rings and custom orders)
- The items are personalized (items engraved per customer’s request)
- The items have been made according to their specifications and instructions
Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the returned item(s), original documentations, and packaging. If everything is in order, we will issue you a full refund. Please have in mind that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Resizing: If you provided us with the incorrect size and want to resize it, there are additional costs for the resize and shipping both ways. Please contact us with your issue with our item and we will provide you with further instructions. We do not offer refunds if the size of the ring you have provided is not correct. Any changes to the items (ring resizing, soldering, exchanging stones, pendants, etc.) voids the warranty.
