We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide, shipping generally takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location. All items are wrapped with extra care and shipped via Israel Postal Service.

Ready-made Items:
If you are unhappy with your order, we can offer you an exchange or refund if you contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned unworn and intact, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Wedding Dresses and custom-made Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges as these items are made specifically for you. However, we want to make sure you love your purchase, and therefore please contact us if you are unhappy with your order, and we will see what we can do to help you fix the problem.
